Our suites give you fifty percent more space than most traditional hotel rooms. The Residence Inn Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center is located in suburban Phoenix adjacent to Chandler Fashion Center Mall and one quarter mile from Gould Electronics. Downtown Phoenix is twenty miles northwest of the hotel. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable cleaning fee of USD 75. * Free high speed Internet access is available in all suites with wireless service in meeting space and public areas of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with one king bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with large work desk and full-size sofa bed. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, large work desk and full-size sofa bed. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace, large work desk and full-size sofa bed. Some studios also have a fireplace and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Studios and one bedroom suites have a cooktop stove; two bedroom suites have a cooktop stove and oven. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
